feel that day to day contact and proactive monitoring and
management is critical. We view this management as having
two distinct levels – Business Relationship Management
from our commercial consultants and Technical Service Management
from our helpdesk team.
Our commitment to this ongoing relationship
has led us to a concept in maintenance and support that is
tailored to give our clients as much or as little support
as they require. The package is based around a full awareness
of our clients’ network voice & data infrastructure
– which includes offering advice about improvements
we feel may be relevant and ensuring a skills transfer to
our client’s internal technical staff.
This support program is broken down into two distinct areas:
Helpdesk – Telephone
helpdesk support and also remote diagnostics where a network
management system is employed.
Maintenance – Annual
Service Level Agreements providing field engineering support
based on specific response times over agreed time periods.
In conclusion, because of the complexities
surrounding the numerous wireless technologies that are now
available, total wireless packages of this nature are rarely
offered by other operators in the wireless industry, especially
directly from in-house resources.
